JFA Surveys is a division of John Floydd & Associates, Chartered Architects, a Practice formed by the present Principal in 1960.

Surveyors are equipped with the latest Series 800 Leica equipment and processing software:

We specialise in the survey of existing buildings, producing accurate external elevational record drawings, particularly relevant to undertaking alterations to buildings and presenting visual images of properties in monochrome and coloured format to A0 copy.

Through the association with the Architectural Practice, detailed information and expertise are available in the presentation of elevational surveys of listed buildings.

We undertake Land Surveys, particularly heavily wooded sites and produce coloured, contoured site plans, particularly relevant to arboricultural surveys.

The survey information can be provided in 2D AutoCAD format. Output to DxF/DWG/PDF files.

We can also provide, digital mapping services through links with specialist mapping providers.
