Land Survey Practice, providing a wide range of surveying services, both in Wales and throughout the UK. The company is always able to respond quickly and efficiently to the needs of clients.

Equipped with instruments including Geodimeter 400 and 600 series EDM Total Stations, and Geotracer 2000 series GPS receivers. Office equipment consists of 5 PC Workstations, A0 colour plotter, also LSS and AutoCAD software.

Contract Surveys maintains a client list of both Public and Private Sector organisations. Recent projects and planned future work includes land surveys; measured building surveys incorporating floor plans, cross sections and elevations; surveying services to the gas and water pipeline industries; airfield surveys; quarry and landfill site surveys, with accurate area and volume measurements; precise level and alignment monitoring; and setting out.

Final survey results are delivered, both in hard copy, and digitally in various formats, including AutoCAD .dwg, 2D and 3D .dxf, and MOSS GENIO. Registered with Constructionline.
