Established in 1984, we provide the same accurate and friendly service today as we did all those years ago.

We are located close to all the major road networks – M1, M62, A1, thus enabling a quick and prompt service.

Here at Ellam Land Surveys we have invested in the latest Leica Total Stations and GPS capability, with this linked to our LSS and AutoCAD software, we can tailor the survey to the client’s specification. This could include for example accurate cut and fill calculations or outputting to Moss Genio format.

Internal building surveys are carried out to a high level of accuracy using the latest methods and of course the oldest – the tape!

We pride ourselves in being able to accommodate any survey size; this could be an ordinary back garden of a property for a conservatory to be erected on, to a major retail development. Listed are just a few of the larger developments we have been involved in:
