A family run business established in the early 1980s, Maltby Land Surveys Ltd is an independent professional survey company.

Our survey teams are equipped with the latest electronic total stations and GPS equipment for field operations as well as up to date computers and software for office use, with full on-going staff training a high priority. As the future is with real time data capture, MBS Survey Software, a subsidiary company, is widely used for bespoke building floor plans, elevations and inshore hydrographic programmes. The software is continually being updated in line with new technology.

With offices in the South East and West Midlands, work is undertaken nationwide. The company has also had experience in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Services currently offered are topographical surveys, digital ground models, measured floor plans, elevations and sections, digitising and plotting, control and hydrographic surveys.
