Glanville Consultants are based in Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire and deliver high quality land and measured building surveys for clients throughout the UK. Glanville Consultants have recently welcomed a number of Graduate Engineers within our Civil and Structures teams and we are now looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Graduate Land Surveying to join our expanding teams at our Hemel Hempstead and Didcot Offices.

The team is committed providing the best possible service to our clients and offer an extensive range of survey types and utilise a wide array of current instrumentation and software including robotic/non-robotic total stations, GNSS, terrestrial/ handheld laser scanners.

There is a good balance of varied site and office work and the team typically undertakes the following tasks:

  • 3D Laser Scanning (terrestrial and handheld)
  • Topographic and measured building surveys (floor plans, elevations and sections)
  • Photogrammetry/ rectified imagery
  • 2D and 3D CAD drawings
  • Revit modelling
  • 3D visualisation
  • Liaison with architects, engineers and developers
  • Manage projects from inception to completion

Relevant Skills & Experience

  • Degree level qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a flexible approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work amicably as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel
  • An ability to professionally represent the company
  • Driving license (desirable but not essential)

Remuneration and Training

The company will provide a competitive salary, a contribution towards a personal pension scheme (up to 5% of salary) and professional membership fees, which are paid for one organisation.
