Due to continued growth, the Land Surveying Services department are looking for junior or assistant surveyors to join our team.

The role represents a great opportunity for an individual looking to start their career or to take their next career step. With our support, you will have the opportunity to develop whilst contributing positively to our established team of surveyors. The individual will be willing to adopt a flexible approach to their role and provide support to our teams across the UK as workload dictates.

The role will involve the applicant being trained in the delivery of survey projects including fieldwork and processing of data through to final delivery.

A typical week would include:
Assisting the surveyor/ senior surveyor across a variety of survey projects with respect to briefs and specifications
Assisting the surveyor/ senior surveyor in the delivery of survey projects including production of plans using AutoCAD, reports and calculations
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in the use of Total Stations & GNSS
Knowledge of relevant software including N4ce (or similar), Trimble Business Centre (or similar) and AutoCAD would be advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of Cyclone, Cloudworx or Mx would be advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of Buried Services Surveying would be advantageous but not essential
Hardworking, self-management and people skills
Ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Driving is a requirement of the role and therefore either a full UK driving licence or a desire to pass driving test early is essential
