Land and Measured Building Surveyor

Cadmap Ltd are seeking to recruit an experienced Land and Measured Building Surveyor to join the company on a full time employed basis.

The main areas of field work are in London and the South East with our office based at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey. Cadmap undertake a variety of projects ranging from small domestic surveys to highways, industrial/commercial projects and new development field sites.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the survey industry, a full clean driving license, able to work as a team or individually, be enthusiastic and motivated.

Requirements.

• Minimum 2 years working as a Land and Measured Building Surveyor.
• Competent with Total Stations/GPS and survey methodology.
• Good skills working with AutoCAD 2D.
• 3D Scanning skills would be an advantage but not necessary for this role.
