We are recruiting for a Project Manager.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within 40Seven to run some of our Southern projects.

We pride ourselves in providing high quality, accurate surveys to our prestigious customers across a variety of industries, including transport, construction, building and property.

If you are excited by the opportunity to manage a variety of surveying projects as well as leading and managing a team of surveyors, we look forward to hearing from you.

Our successful candidate will join an established team of Project Managers and will have the wider support of our operational and business development team.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Running multiple projects from quotation through to invoicing
  • Always offering excellent customer service and high-quality deliverables
  • Working together with the management team to continually develop and maintain operational excellence
  • Managing and developing a strong team of competent surveyors

It is essential that you can meet the following:

  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience and technical knowledge of Land and/or Utility Surveying
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety systems and their application
  • A full UK driving licence

It would be great, but not essential if the candidates held a relevant H&S qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.

We work flexibly and encourage a mixture of home working and office working; accommodation a good work life balance and much needed social interaction with colleagues.  This role is based in Sevenoaks, Kent and our projects span the whole of the South East.  We also have an office in Leeds, West Yorkshire, which you may need to travel to from time to time.
