We’re looking for a creative, imaginative, and energetic individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a part of KOREC, you’ll get involved in a huge variety of vital industries across both the UK and Ireland, including civil engineering, the built environment, forestry, marine, road, rail, and more!

Your key responsibilities will be to manage and grow the KOREC brand through our social media accounts, as well as online, and in—person events. This will include imagining, designing and creating original content (both still and video) for our online platforms (across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) as well as engaging with our followers and growing our networks.

In terms of events, you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering world-class KOREC events, as well as preparing for industry events throughout the year. You will also be involved in delivering our online event programme (i.e. webinars, podcasts, etc). As part of a small, close-knit marketing team, you will also be involved in other activities including merchandising, customer engagement, digital marketing, etc.

There is also the opportunity to travel around the UK and Ireland to attend events, team meetings and social gatherings too.


Key Responsibilities

  • Imagine, design & create content for KOREC’s key social media accounts
  • Create and edit video content, ranging from staff/customer interviews, to event promotion, to product launches
  • Helping to plan, manage and deliver KOREC’s external, in-person and digital events programme
  • Assisting with our internal colleague engagement programme, including staff lunch & learns, colleague team events, charity events, and more
  • Conduct competitor and market research into social media and consumer trends in our key industries


  • Keen and active user of social media platforms (in particular Instagram)
  • Proficient in the use of the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign & Premiere Pro
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience in video editing (even if basic / personal use) and photo editing
  • Highly creative, with a desire to produce unique, engaging and eye-catching content
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and with a can-do attitude to work
  • A people person – happy to engage with our customer base via multiple mediums (i.e. email, messaging, social, phone, etc)
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, professional-looking content


  • Degree in Marketing/Graphic Design/Social Media or similar
  • Ability to drive and a clean licence
  • Interest in modern technology – i.e. laser scanning, augmented/virtual reality
  • Passion for videography and photography
