<p>ROLE SPECIFICATION:</p>



<p>Covering monitoring schemes on a variety of assets including but not limited to buildings, rail track, embankments, structures and environmental application, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and delivering monitoring solutions that help ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across the built environment and infrastructure projects.</p>



<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>



<p>• Support project managers in planning and executing rail monitoring projects.</p>



<p>• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting on project progress.</p>



<p>• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.</p>



<p>• Coordinate monitoring activities around live rail &amp; construction environments with strict adherence to safety requirements.</p>



<p>• Manage the installation, calibration, and maintenance of monitoring instruments such as automated &amp; manual total stations, tilt meters &amp; environmental monitoring equipment covering noise, dust &amp; vibration.</p>



<p>• Collect and validate data from instrumentation systems.</p>



<p>• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate where necessary.</p>



<p>• Support monitoring of assets including but not limited to buildings, rail track, embankments, structures and environmental applications during construction and maintenance works.</p>

<p><strong>ROLE SPECIFICATION:</strong></p>



<p>Responsible for supporting continued growth within the business development team. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting Severn Partnership’s service offerings of surveying and geospatial solutions to clients across rail, aviation, infrastructure, nuclear, property and estates sectors.</p>



<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>



<p><strong>Business Growth &amp; Opportunity Development</strong></p>



<p>• Support the identification of new business opportunities across all associated sectors.</p>



<p>• Develop a strong understanding of Severn Partnership’s service offerings (including topographical, utility, mobile mapping, measured building surveys, monitoring, BIM, 3D laser scanning).</p>



<p>• Generate and qualify leads through networking, outbound activity, market research, and attending industry events.</p>



<p>• Support the full sales process and customer journey with new and existing clients.</p>



<p>• Working closely with the commercial team to achieve KPI’s, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.</p>



<p><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Management</strong></p>



<p>• Identifying appointment opportunities, scheduling and attending client meetings for existing, lapsed, and new customers.</p>



<p>• Attend meetings face to face and online to discuss client needs and provide solutions to support projects.</p>



<p>• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants and project stakeholders.</p>



<p>• Represent Severn Partnership at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums and other events.</p>



<p>• Update and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate monitoring of pipelines and forecasts.</p>



<p><strong>Internal Collaboration</strong></p>



<p>• Work closely with the Business Development Manager, operational team and marketing to support business development strategies.</p>



<p>• Support the process and monitoring of opportunities.</p>



<p>• Contribute to Business Development meetings and discuss the previous months performance and key developments.</p>



<p>• Work alongside the Business Development Manager to present teams work winning opportunities to the group SLT.</p>



<p><strong>Market Insight</strong></p>



<p>• Monitor industry activity, emerging technologies, frameworks, and competitor behaviour. • Identify opportunities for services within strategic sectors.</p>



<p>• Support social media outreach and marketing campaigns.</p>



<p>• Help create email marketing campaigns via Mail Chimp</p>

<p>• Carry out engineering and topographical surveys using total stations (Leica &amp; Trimble),</p>



<p>Digital Levels (Leica) GNSS (Leica &amp; Trimble), and laser scanning equipment (Leica).</p>



<p>• Establish and maintain accurate site control networks and benchmarks.</p>



<p>• Provide precise setting-out for civil engineering, rail, and construction projects.</p>



<p>• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.</p>



<p>• Process, check, and manage survey data using industry-standard software (Leica Infinity,</p>



<p>AutoCAD, AIC N4ce etc.).</p>
