CAD Technician
Job Description
Ridgeway Surveys Ltd are Land Surveyors and Site Engineers.
We are looking to recruit an experienced CAD Technician to join our survey team based at our office in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of land and measured survey projects, as well as supporting our site engineering teams with CAD tasks for their projects.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience of drawing topographical surveys to a high standard
- Experience of drawing measured building surveys (floor plans, elevations and sections) to a high standard
- Experience of producing Revit models to a high standard
Skills & Experience:
- Consistently deliver high quality work
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Confident and clear communicator – both written and verbal
- Professional manner
Experience with any of the following instruments/software would also be beneficial:
- Processing laser scan data in Cyclone
- Processing survey data in n4ce and/or Magnet
