The Role & Why it Stands Out
You’ll take ownership of geospatial survey projects from start to finish, using GNSS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment. Delivering high-quality outputs while contributing to the growth and direction of the department. This role goes beyond surveying — it’s about helping to develop the business, improve processes, and mentor the next generation of surveyors.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Land Surveyor with an ambition to progress into a management/leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of topographical/geospatial surveying, laser scanning & settlement monitoring
- Experience with GNSS, robotic total stations, 3D laser scanners & CAD software
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with an ability to mentor, guide & develop others
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A forward-thinking approach to technology and innovation
- Full UK driving licence
