Job Summary
Aworth Survey Consultants are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Junior Land and Building
Surveyor to join Our tearn The successful candidate will work alongside experienced survey
professionals conducting land and building surveys, as well as collectlng and analysing spatial data.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring precision, technical
expertise, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will utilise
advanced surveying tools and software to produce accurate, detailed land and measured building
surveys

Duties
- Conduct land and building surveys using specialised equipment such as total stations, GPS,
laser image-capture scanners, and spatial data capture software - Assist in detailed surveys using AutoCAD, N4CE, and other CAD software.
- Demonstrate a willingness and commitment to develop competence in all survey procedures.
Requ ire m ents
Proven experience in land surveying or related fieldwork is desirable.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Other CAD software is desirable but not essential.
An understanding of land surveying principles and techniques is preferred.
Excellent personal organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability duly to interpret technical drawings and maps accurately
Good communication skills.
Qualifications in surveying or geomatics are preferred
A valid driving licence is essential for operational flexibility.
Candidates must live within commuting distance Of Our Head Office in Uckfield.
The work requires physical mobility in vanous environments.
