Salary: £26,457 + Car Allowance

About the Role
We are looking for a Scanning Engineer / Junior Surveyor to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in 3D laser scanning and surveying. You’ll receive hands-on training and experience working on a variety of projects, with clear opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business.
The role is primarily site based, giving you the opportunity to work across different locations and projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out 3D laser scanning and surveying work on site
- Operating specialist surveying and scanning equipment
- Collecting accurate measurements and survey data
- Assisting experienced surveyors and scanning engineers
- Processing and reviewing scan and survey data
- Producing accurate survey information and deliverables
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
- Travelling to different project sites as required
- Following company health & safety procedures
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Keen to learn and develop a career in 3D scanning and surveying
- A full UK driving licence holder – essential
- Reliable, practical and willing to work on site
- Comfortable working in different environments
- IT literate and confident learning new technology
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
Previous surveying, scanning, engineering or construction experience is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.
