Salary range: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum

M-EC is a privately-owned, multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy, operating nationally. We serve both private and public sector clients including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, education and healthcare.
We are seeking a Land & Measured Building Surveyor with a range of surveying experience to join our established team of surveyors, based from our Leicestershire office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate individual; not only to utilise your established expertise but also to mentor and train junior members of our Geomatics team, working for numerous significant clients on a variety of projects.
Our Geomatics team offers a range of services to cover all aspects of surveying, so the successful candidate will need to be an experienced surveyor, adept at conducting Topographical Surveys and/or Aerial Mapping and Inspections, 3D Laser Scanning, Utility Mapping, Setting Out and Measured Building Surveys. Salary will be dependent on the level of expertise you have in some or all of these areas, so regardless of your level of experience we have a career opportunity for you.
The position is based in Hugglescote, near Leicester. There is flexibility with some hybrid working; around site, team and office commitments. Due to the need for travel to sites across the UK it is essential that you have a full UK driving license. A company van is provided for work purposes.
