Work Samples

Assisting both clients and survey companies

In this section you will find a number of work samples aimed at assisting both clients and contractors to understand what should be expected from a TSA member.

Surveys

Below are examples of work drawings which are intended to assist the user to understand what should be expected from a TSA member. The examples of work should only be used as a guide and may be superseded by a specification. They are however planned to be seen as examples of best practice. Colours and line styles may vary from TSA member to TSA member.

Both TSA and the RICS produce specifications and guidelines for all of these types of work. Please consult these documents for further information. TSA Guidance Notes & Client Guides can be found here.
