Mike has taken the mature entry route to his professional qualifications with the CICES. He started as a school leaver with a construction company; taking the post of assistant land surveyor. For the last twenty years Mike has worked for various survey companies building up a particular expertise in water based surveys. He is now managing director/partner in the specialist water based survey company Storm Geomatics Ltd.
Mike is keen to promote the “benefit of good measurement” to clients of the survey industry and contribute to the production of good practice guides for TSA members. Mike is also the spokesperson for river modelling within the TSA.
